dirty bathroom uncomfortable pillows
i was quite annoyed with my stay. the room i got wasn't really clean. i noticed hairs in the bathroom, it was pretty gross. also, the pillows were not comfortable. they felt cheap and flat, and i had trouble sleeping because of it.

The staff gifted us a complimentary drinks voucher to celebrate our anniversary. Our assigned room was very spacious, and it provided all necessities. I noticed reception personnel offered useful details regarding the hotel and nearby attractions.

Breakfast included varied food options and I found it very satisfying. The executive dining room offered lovely views and superb food. I was especially grateful to the restaurant team, who always cared for my needs at breakfast.

My room included standard us three-pronged plug for my computer. I found the room quiet and dark, which encouraged restful sleep. The bed was supremely comfortable, as were the pillows, ensuring very deep sleep.

fantastic stay!
easy access fresh fruit king-size bed
The location worked well for sightseeing! i really enjoyed having easy access to nearby attractions. the breakfast had many choices, including fresh fruit and pastries. The hot options were regularly restocked. my room had a comfortable king-size bed and a spacious work desk.

The room was clean. The hotel offered easy access to local attractions. The staff seemed helpful and polite. I would certainly consider returning.
The minibar in my room was empty upon arrival. I expected it to have some basic beverages. This was a minor inconvenience.

leaky shower uncomfortable bed
The location was convenient. It was near public transport.
My room had some problems. The shower wasn't great. It leaked and was slippery. the bed was uncomfortable. It reminded me of two single beds pushed together with a noticeable gap.
